  • 91 Standards (23 sq.m. max. 3 persons) with side sea view,  
  • 30 Superior with side sea view,  
  • 10 Front Sea& Garden View- front sea view and garden view,  
  • 9 Mini Suites (27 sq.m. max. 4 persons) are on 1st floor, side sea view, big terrace for two rooms with garden and Jacuzzi,  
  • 2 Grand Suites (46 sq.m. max. 2 persons) side sea view, are on 4th and 5th floors, consist of living room and bedroom.  
  • 30 Family Rooms (23 sq.m. max. 2 adults+ 2 children) with side sea view, are located on each floor, two- level children`s bed.

All rooms have:
Telephone, satellite TV with Russian channel, pay TV, bathroom, radio, air condition, mini bar, safe box (for extra charge), In rooms Mini Suite and Grand Suite there are facilities for making tea and coffee.
